The best time to eat fruit is...

Have you heard people talking about the “right hour” to eat fruits?

Let me tell you that I have. Some say that is better to eat them in the mornings, others in the afternoons and others on an empty stomach. There is hardly a consensus about this.

The truth of the matter is that THERE IS NO EVIDENCE to support these statements.

The professionals from Nutrition Center Larisa Páez say that eating foods that are high in sugar, as the fruits, raise glucose levels in the blood and generate an "alarm" effect on the body.

That being said you should take into account at what time of the day you can benefit from this infusion of energy in the body to "wake it up", otherwise you can consume fruit AT THE TIME THAT YOU WISH because fruits are healthy at any time.
